Based on our record, Gaia GPS seems to be a lot more popular than RunKeeper. While we know about 16 links to Gaia GPS, we've tracked only 1 mention of RunKeeper. In no small part thanks to you and other users experiencing this issue, I was able to reproduce this consistently. And in doing so, I discovered that the web UI on gaiagps.com and the database where that info is saved, had different definitions of what should be possible. I spent a TON of time accurately making some long routes (on gaiagps.com) and now I see most are gone completely and others have large segments missing ! Anyone else have this happen ? (OSX and IOS). I opened a ticket but no response yet. Source: about 2 years ago
