    OSTicket does - not sure if the plug-in is default or you have to add it in - lot more complex than Hesk to use though (both agent and user view).

    Hesk is a PHP-based help desk software that runs with a MySQL database.
    I cannot remember if HESK does natively or if we changed the PHP to query / populate the user details.
