Quizlet allows you to review and create flashcards for a variety of subjects, such as math and reading.
Granted, as an open-source program, it is sometimes rough around the edges. Especially when customizing it; things get kind of technical. I went nuts designing custom note types and card types. There are probably other options that are easier to work with. I was originally recommended Quizlet, but I decided I didn't need the paid features.

I am using Anki to create my own flash cards. To find words and phrases in real contexts to turn into flash cards, I'm watching Swedish TV shows on Netflix (each episode first with English subtitles, then again with Swedish subtitles), reading conversations here on Reddit (r/svenskpolitik, r/sweden, r/swedishproblems), and other miscellaneous sources of fairly natural Swedish.
