Would you best recommend Medium or Wix?

Wix would be a better option if you want to use a templated website. Another good thing about Wix is that it has an App Market where you can use plugins like RumbleTalk, Quickbooks, etc. I've been on Medium. However, it's a hit or miss since it doesn't really generate traffic that much unless you're on the front page.
