Duplicacy is not the only choice. Restic is another tool that would allow you to do the same things. As a matter of fact, I did a search just now and found somebody who had the same idea as me after Crashplan crashed and burned and created something called Relica, which sounds like it's a GUI based on restic. It's a lot more elaborate than what I've done (mine is all shell scripts and cron) and they offer a cloud service as well. Their software is Free (GPL) but the cloud service is fee based.

I did some shell scripting using duplicacy, and have a backup program where all my home computers back up to a local NAS, an external drive on my work computer, and Backblaze B2. I also have my sister's computer (from 1000 miles away) backing up to those same places.
