If your banking app is compatible with Zelle, you can just use that, even if it's just barebones.Most banks have it on their website too. Cash App is pushing users to Plaid as well, but fwiw you can still just add a routing and acct number if you "search" for a non-existent bank when adding a bank account, a link will appear that says something like "can't find your bank?" and will give you the option, and you can still use Cash App on its website too.
