Yup, this seems like a nice and helpful solution. Also, the implementation seems to be slick, too. I just wander how many people will be paying for it. I think that's the most difficult part here - finding the right customers.
It looks like the user will be Technical writer, Content Managers, Knowledge Managers, and folks who own the Documentation / Help Articles (including the Screenshots) in the Knowledge Base. And the buyer seems to be their boss (e.g. VP of Ops, etc.). Early days but good signals so far Stan! :-)
