I have been happily using the YCC365 plus app on a single mobile camera without any problems until yesterday when I found that the app had suddenly stopped working and I was unable to open it. The camera is powered up and I here the shutter "click" when I turn on my light at night so the camera seems to be alive and active so I do not think the camera it's self is at fault. I have deleted the original app from my mobile phone (A Motorola G6) I have then reinstalled the YCC365 app from "Google Play store" but the app still won't open. I have attached a photo of my single camera and also a screenshot of the message I receive when attempting to open the app. I have in the past been able to open the app even when my camera is disconnected so I feel that the app it's self is at fault.
Please can you advise me
