Easiest way around it is if you hook up a laptop via HDMI cable to your tv go to xfinity.com/stream and log into the account that has the cable package service and you'll be able to watch any previously recorded DVR recordings and the TV GO channels while you are away from home. I'm a Digital Preferred customer, I only access channel from Xfinity Stream and am only able to see about 78 channels on the list, some that are missing are USA Network, PBS, etc. The 6 support reps I've talked to over the last 2 days don't know how to fix this and keep telling me it will be resolved in one hour.
