  There is a program called Winaero Tweaker which is a GUI to safely tweak all sorts of hidden and registry-based Windows settings. It works in Windows 10 and 11. You can restore the old right-click menu by going to the Windows 11 section and enabling "Classic Full Context Menus" and then restart Explorer. Source: over 2 years ago
