You can use websites like Wetransfer to share raws and such, the files get deleted after a couple of days but it's good enough. On photos with high frequency contrast like the one you posted, trying to get that dreamy look by adding haze or lowering clarity doesn't really work most of the times, the image generally already needs to have some of that vibe by itself, like some fog or sun rays.
