In the past there have been Mr./Mrs. Claus outfits, Elf outfits, decorations, an inflatable snowman, emotes, and even a special PA with twinkling lights. Generally when I go to help.bethesda.net to make an Atomic Shop purchase, I expect the process to take at least three days and up to three weeks depending on how busy the folks at Bethesda are who do this in their spare time.
