Quickbooks is probably a bit robust, but something more simple like Wave (waveapps.com) which is web-based and free, you can upload pics of receipts, etc...   Aside from the question of incorporation, you'll want to set up a separate bank account and credit card for your business.   I need to send money every month to my employee in the Netherlands. The amount I send him depends on each invoice as certain items have different costs. I want to send him USD as per our contract. What would be the cheapest method for this? I'd like to use my Blue Business Plus card but can do simple bank transfers if needed.
