Vessi shoes worked for me. I wore my first pair for almost a year till I wore a hole in them, but they had the soft bottom to them. My next pair I got the city wear ones which had a harder bottom. Have had those for a whole year and even wore them while doing curbside while pregnant, stoped at 36 weeks. Bonus side is that they are water proof but take at least a week to break in.
