I know about the 5G home Internet trick. I live 10 miles from town and was lucky enough that a friend had a door-to-door rep come through during a test for her area. I ordered my service through verizon.com and even had the AP sent to another address in the area. I activated it in town (better signal, of course) and brought it out to my house. I have been consistent with speeds above 250Mbps (C-band), except for... - Source: Reddit / 3 days ago
9 out of 10 times using the Verizon site to download my bill PDF is unsuccessful. I hardly ever say things about products but the verizon.com is useless. - Source: Reddit / about 1 month ago
I was told this credit will given only if we are in 5g do more, play more, or get more plan so here's my question. Do I have to change/activate the new plan when I order s23's online or is it possible to change the plan first and then order the phones and still get the promo credit? I started the ordering process on verizon.com but it seems like there was no option to change the plan at the same time? - Source: Reddit / about 1 month ago
In both tests I'm pinging the Verizon.com server in Frankfurt while wired from the router to the PC. - Source: Reddit / about 2 months ago
When going into the verizon app or verizon.com , after logging into your account you can add the phone you want to buy into your cart, then add your trade in device and they will give you an evaluation of your trade in. - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
I am a current Verizon customer with a top tier 5G plan. I was looking to trade in my existing iPhone for another iPhone. I plugged this information to the new iPhone's webpage on verizon.com and the price came out to be $2.77 per month (after my existing iPhone got me a $600 trade in credit). - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
Did a search here and it looks like others went to verizon.com and tried to do a BYOD for a trial? So I went through the first step which will hopefully speed up the process to whitelist the eSIM IMEI, but it's been 12 hours and it still doesn't make a diff. - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
100%. No reason you cant go to verizon.com or whatever and pluig in the address as soon as you know it. - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
Both your immediate gateway, first hop inside of the remote verizon network based on traceroute. If you're 10.x.x.x itd be the first hop past the 10.x network. If its 192.168.x.x then the first hop past that. And, verizon.com like you show above. - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
I don't know exactly what site you are on, but if you go to verizon.com and login to your account you can make a payment with any credit card you want. You can also set it up to automatically do it. It wouldn't make sense for Verizon to not accept credit cards. - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
Account=>Account Settings and Sub-Accounts are at the bottom. Sometimes the page doesn't load or only partially loads. I feel like things work better if starting from verizon.net rather than verizon.com. - Source: Reddit / 4 months ago
I am curious, can you do me a favor and goto verizon.com and put in your address for 5g home internet and see if it comes up available for 5g and not 4g ,. - Source: Reddit / 5 months ago
I bought a Verizon Pixel 7 directly from Google and chose the device payment plan for 36 months. 13 days later and the device was lost. The phone never made it in to the shipping carrier hands. As of today, there is a device payment plan in my account on verizon.com even though I have not received a phone yet. - Source: Reddit / 5 months ago
Do you guys happen to know if there are two separate websites? I swear in the past they had verizon.com and verizonwireless.com. - Source: Reddit / 5 months ago
I placed an order this AM for iPhone 14. I received a confirmation e-mail, but I don't see the order while logged into my verizon.com account. In fact, when I goto "My Devices --> Orders", the page did not render. - Source: Reddit / 6 months ago
On the plan change page on your online verizon.com account (https://www.verizon.com/inhome/change/buildproducts). As well as the v2 options, you should see another option, "Explore the new plans and offers." This will take you to the v3 flow. - Source: Reddit / 6 months ago
If you log in at verizon.com and type "internet outage" in their chat box, it will tell you if there's an outage and the ETA for service restoration. - Source: Reddit / 7 months ago
This is from verizon.com. Try inputting your address. - Source: Reddit / 7 months ago
Swapped SIM from a Moto X4 to a Samsung S21 FE. Everything seems to be working but logging into verizon.com and am getting prompted to go through an activation process. Clinging on to my old gUDP I've been very cautious and paranoid about changes to my account or plan as I've heard numerous horror stories of being forcibly switched off the plan with no ability to revert. - Source: Reddit / 8 months ago
I'm getting a Secure Connection Failed msg when trying to log into verizon.com while I have no problem with Firefox. I've turned off all the security/adblock extensions but doesn't help. - Source: Reddit / 8 months ago
I know of one BYOD page that I've used on verizon.com extensively to check whether Pixel phones are truly non-VZW devices for bootloader unlocking whilst shopping on ebay for used devices. You can do that as a prospective new VZW customer without logging in or anything. And after checking it's database I assume what it's doing, it then says congrats your non VZW Pixel X is a perfect match for out network. That is... - Source: Reddit / 8 months ago
