  • Best possible audio
Have you tried something else on the same system as a direct comparison? I know twit.tv used Skype for many years for all of its remote hosts, but they weren't always thrilled by it due to ongoing technical difficulties that seemed random. They've had better luck with Zoom, though it has a couple pretty esoteric advanced audio settings that are not defaults and that they variously have people try sometimes. Source: 10 months ago
  • Adding database sync across devices/platforms
Hi everyone. I have a podcasting app that has one feature I wanted to add but have been unable to figure out the best way to go about it. It display and plays back video from a podcasting network called twit.tv. It s a tech oriented podcast network with many hosts. It is based on rss feeds that you subscribe to. • Need help with layout design
Good day to everyone! I am currently developing an application to display and play podcasts from the twit.tv network. It is dotnet maui and works on android and windows currently. I have plans for mac and iOS but I don't have an apple developer account yet. So although I can compile app to test if it compiles I have no way to verify anything works on those platforms. • Play Audio and Video in .NET MAUI apps with the new MediaElement
I have been working with media element in my app for about a month now. I was working with beta of it at first. It is amazing! I am about 2 or 3 weeks away from being happy with the app I am making. It is for the twit.tv podcasts. Source: about 1 year ago
  • I'm considering giving up on MAUI Blazor Hybrid for creating an App
I am at the point of almost finishing my first dotnet maui app. Only a few small thing left to do. It is a video player for twit.tv podcasts. Maui has some interesting teething issues. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Most and least Watched Television Networks:"G4 was the least-watched of every network that Nielsen measures, averaging a paltry 1,000 in primetime. Its rating in adults 18-49? A zero."
Are you aware of TwitTV? Leo Laporte started up his own podcast network very much like the old Tech TV. Source: over 1 year ago

  • How much would you pay for a CoL podcast?
I could easily do about $5 a month. I already pay $7/month to twit.tv but they are an entire network of podcasts that focus mostly on technology. I could probably justify $10/month if they released a podcast at least 4 days a week. For $20/month, they would have to make a lot of content and be very consistent at it. I do want CoL to be around in some form. Source: over 1 year ago
  • YouTube channel recommendations for cyber security news and continuous learning
Pretty sure it's the Security Now on twit.tv, Steve Gibson. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • Port forwarding
I would check out your Network security here at SheildsUp! It's a well-known place. Read what the page says and then click on Proceed. When it's done click on "All Service Ports". It'll scan the first 1056 ports. You want green, Stealth Mode. All my ports are GREEN. If you hover your mouse pointer over the different green boxes, It'll tell you what it's used for. Not all of them are reserved and will just... Source: over 2 years ago

It's late and my brain is tired, but this past week on one of the TWiT podcasts a musician mentioned that he released his new album on cassette along with the other formats. Source: over 2 years ago
  • Programmer/Technical Podcasts
Windows Weekly is hosted by Mary Jo Foley, Paul Thurott, and Leo Laporte on the awesome Twit.tv network. The show is a fantastic combination of informative and funny and covers a wide range of topics. Despite being called Windows Weekly, they really are covering Microsoft overall, including Office, Teams, Visual Studio, Servers, Azure, and so forth. - Source: dev.to / over 2 years ago

  • Was having small thoughts about a TechTV reboot weather it's a Tuesday or Thursday afternoon block on G4 or as a separate network altogether if possible or whatnot.
Twit.tv is an off shoot of Tech TV. Its been around for almost 20 years now founded by Leo Laporte. Martin Sargent and Sarah Lane used to have a show called This Week In Fun which was a pretty enjoyable podcast. Source: almost 3 years ago
