  • Help me find the original source of this viral picture of a staircase in the woods. I know it's a statue called Observatory by artist Bruce Allan on the Forest of Dean Sculpture Trail, but nothing about its photographer or the website it was first shared on.
I have searched and found plenty of other pictures of this sculpture using TinEye, but none of this exact one except for reposts on Reddit and such. The oldest entry in TinEye dates back to 2012, but judging by the looks and the resolution of the picture, I'd wager it's much older. The closest dated photo I found is this one by Eric Soons, although the ground is much wetter in the one I’m looking for. Source: 10 months ago
