  There is no such thing as "The VNDB Yearly Rankings". VNDB (Visual Novel Database, vndb.org) does exist, the site allows registered users to give a score (1-10) to games in the database, and the average scores of all users for all games can be sorted to find the best ranked games. But seriously, vndb has an extensive system with tags so you can not only find all games on PC with English language, but also with an original language chosen (Japanese in this case) and must have the otome game tag.
