If you are a real non-profit (designated as such by the IRS) go to techsoup.org and register. Then after you've registered and have been verified you can sign up for Microsoft's non-profit program and link it to your existing Microsoft 365 Tenant. Source: almost 2 years ago

I would suggest you reach out to other nonprofits in your area for recommendations on a bookkeeper. I always suggest a bookkeeper and not an accountant.
