  It's not that VPNs don't work, it's that Etisalat and Du do everything they can to make them difficult to use. For example I use Surfshark but any traffic to the domain surfshark.com is blocked so I cannot use their app, so I have to find out the IP address of the server I want to use and connect to it using OpenVPN.   If you want unbanned you will have to log out of your steam account, create a new one, and install the game, after doing that turn on your VPN (virtual private network: you can grab one here https://surfshark.com/ ) (note: it costs money) or use a proxy server, after doing so you should be good, they will not ban you for ban evasion unless you launch the game without your vpn or proxy since your IP address is masked.   Ive read on this forum you can stack offers, so I tried to sign up for the 83% off offer being offered by some influencers. After I pay with PayPal I get an error message saying I need to complete my profile, despite already being signed into surfshark.com with my account.
