  • Question: Anyone else have a ton of trouble winding down a failed c corp with Delaware?
So there was a miscommunication on my tax balance due to poor communication b/w both entities, and now I'm just back where I started and probably owe fees. AND I can't get anyone on the phone anywhere, it's insane to me. It's especially insane because so many people start companies, I didn't use Atlas (probably a mistake), but like, this is just insane. Anyone else? - Source: Reddit / about 2 months ago
