I have gone several rounds back and forth between the carrier and Best Buy (both corporate and original store) over the months to no avail. I have now made 17 additional payments toward the 11 PM roughly equaling $765, almost triple the buyout amount and they still to this day refuse to remove the line. On top of that, I have zero access to my account, sprint.com obviously redirects to TMO, and using the same... Source: 10 months ago
The last time we changed our PIN that I can recall was about a year ago -- I can remember part/most of it but not all of it. Like I said in an earlier post in the thread, Sprint's PIN reset process was much easier because using a combination of the sprint.com website and text messages, it was easy-peasy to reset it, and we were still able with Sprint to use the security word in lieu of the PIN, which we did on... As noted by u/revik2, the easiest thing is to order online at sprint.com or call to order. You need to call Sprint numbers since you are still a Sprint-billed customer. Source: 12 months ago
You may have actually gotten more help with sprint.com. This really sucks and I'm sorry it happened to you. I've had the displeasure of flying with Spirit more times than I'd like to remember. Source: 12 months ago
Looking to add notepads and sticky notes for my etsy shop and have come across sprint.com hats anyone used? Or have another company youblike? I do not wanna go overseas. Thank You. Source: about 1 year ago
I enter sprint.com and it redirect me to t-mobile page. Then I go to login screen. I enter Sprint login information. Then it says "Uh-oh, it looks like we have our wires crossed. Please try again later. ". Source: about 1 year ago
No, I did not cancel anything. Speaking with Tmobile rep and said he couldn't help and got Sprint rep on the line. Sprint rep is trying to move me back to Sprint. Looks like its a big mess. When I logged into sprint.com it says my account has been moved to Tmobile and everything stay the same with just new look. No its not. Not too many reps know how to fix the issue. Just noticed this on my plan on sprint.com that got added. Anyone know what this is? Source: over 1 year ago
We noticed going to sprint.com would direct us to t-mobile.com. We did google search and sprint.com was accessible again. Have you tried logging in to sprint.com through web browser? Source: over 1 year ago
I was on the sprint website and tried to log on - it wouldn't let me in unless I created a t-mobile login. I had been logging in on sprint.com quite often previously. The other lines on my account do not access the account anywhere. Not online or app. Source: over 1 year ago
Did not get a $500 offer for the iPhone 11 Pro. I only activated it for a few hours. Though sprint.com updated to reference the 11 Pro. But offer/rules didn't change. Source: over 1 year ago
They seem to have fixed it through the online chat via sprint.com they disconnected before I could find out how. I will say I had about 11 different people before it got fixed and took me 9 hours of my life. Source: over 1 year ago
I tried to do the swap online on sprint.com and it failed. Decided to just try going through the normal watch setup and it worked correctly during the setup flow and allowed me to replace my watch 3 with the watch 5 and keep the same plan. Source: over 1 year ago
Have you visited https://sprint.com and reported the device as lost/stolen through the dashboard? Source: over 1 year ago
"I work in technology and I’m studying cyber security. I’m fully aware of how stuff works. You’re kidding yourself if you don’t think you can’t be tracked by your cell phone provider or any company for that matter." - Again, I never said I couldn't be tracked. I said I was not going to install an app that ALLOWS them to have access to all this data (messages including) simply for me to check my hotspot data usage,... Source: over 1 year ago
I used to use the sprint.com site, but when I logged in today to check my usage, it redirected me to the t-mobile.com site, I also received a text message this morning telling me I was on the T-Mobile biller. Source: over 1 year ago
Thank you, I’ll do that today. Is self service in the sprint app? Or sprint.com? Source: over 1 year ago
You can check that emails are (mostly) authentic by clicking on the “S” (for Sprint) and seeing the actual email address it was sent from. If it is from something at sprint.com (or a subdomain, like messages.sprint.com) it is likely real, but if it’s a random address like sdflsdihjfilsdj.xyz then it is definitely fake. I just recently switched my sim to TMobile but still log in at sprint.com. Source: almost 2 years ago
It does go to sprint.com - true, I didn't even notice. But chat works fine - this is from few min ago (it even includes my Thank You like from the completed chat, lol):. Source: almost 2 years ago
Interesting. Mysprint.com immediately forwards to sprint.com for me, and I run into the same issues above. Source: almost 2 years ago
