I am assuming you are referring to using Amazon S3 to serve a static website. You cannot run plausible in this mode because it needs to be able to write to a database. You cannot do with the S3 Static website. If you are just starting up and not expecting too much traffic you can try splitbee - https://splitbee.io/. You can try using splitbee.io for A/B testing. I use it with Webflow. It is free. You don't have to duplicate your project.
