I have a rather convoluted setup for achieving just this using last.fm, Finale and SongShift. It is really handy being able to pull stuff into my library automatically. The root problem as to why Apple(or anyone else for that matter) hasn't done this tends to be that radio metadata is often shit, or non-existent.
