Soapbox has made it so easy for me and my team to show up to meetings prepared every single time. Being able to follow an agenda throughout the meeting and assign and track follow-up has also been critical to keeping everyone accountable for what we've agreed to in meetings.

I also love the question suggestions. I tend to add one to every 1:1 because I've found they generally spark up some pretty conversations with my manager! Plus, the chrome extension is a gamechanger for remote meetings.
