So first I’d ensure I’m on the latest update for your OS, then latest update for gpu. If that doesn’t work, roll back the gpu driver. Might need to try a few different ones. If that doesn’t work, update the gpu driver to latest, reinstall the game. If that doesn’t work idk, submit a support request https://support.activision.com. Source: about 1 year ago

I got the same thing and was told it is what is called a "shadow ban". Go here https://support.activision.com/ and select account help, security enforcement (middle of page) then appeal ban to see if you are under a review...happens when people report you for cheating I believe. I found a fix after fighting with this since yesterday. I logged in on my Xbox Series X with my wife's account and it didn't crash so I figured it must be an account issue so I logged into my account on support.activision.com and noticed my address was not in the correct country.
