Https://skiplagged.com/ is my go to, give it a try. - Source: Reddit / 11 days ago
There is a website dedicated to finding fares this way. I haven't tried it, but a friend of mine used it for a trip of two and had no issues. - Source: Reddit / about 2 months ago
This kind of thing is incredibly common. In fact, it isn't that rare to find a flight with a connection that is cheaper that just the first leg of the flight on its own. The kid who created this website https://skiplagged.com 15 years ago got sued by several airlines for using that fact to help people find cheaper tickets by booking a connecting flight and then just bailing on the second leg. Airlines also have... - Source: Reddit / about 2 months ago
Example: Skiplagged - Ridiculous travel deals You can't find anywhere else. Our flights are so cheap, United sued us... But we won. - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
The only one I'd add is if you have only hand luggage and need to travel internally in the USA, check https://skiplagged.com to see if it's cheaper to book a connecting flight but leave the airport at the connecting airport rather than completing the connection. Don't do it too much though or they might notice a patten and ban you. - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
OR use this website. It is called skiplagged. The idea is the following. When an airplane is flying from Milan to Singapore, with a layover in Zurich, it might be possible, that some people only use the airplane from Milan to Zurich, miss their flight, or the airline doesn't sell all the tickets. - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
Yes, the company is Skiplagged (https://skiplagged.com/). Hope this helps! What other sites have you used in the past for booking travel? - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
We decided that we would do a trip to Montana to go snowmobiling and do a mix of fun things from there. We booked tickets on skiplagged.com and got the cheapest flights we could get. This trip was going to be a combined family trip where we had 3 boys coming with us. We had 5 people on this trip and when we got on the plane since we had a larger family group we were all over the plane not sitting together. We took... - Source: Reddit / 4 months ago
Https://skiplagged.com/ hidden city ticket tool. - Source: Reddit / 4 months ago
It is called skip lagging, and it’s common to do for budget travelers. Airlines do not like it when you do that, but yes you can get off in Madrid and not continue on to your next flight. A couple things to note- if you do this, do not check luggage as that will continue on to your final destination without you, and don’t book this on a round trip ticket with the same airline, as they could cancel your return... - Source: Reddit / 4 months ago
Https://skiplagged.com/ to find the flight then book through the airline. This will also make you aware of skiplag opportunities which other aggregators dont include in search results which can drastically reduce your cost (if you dont need to check baggage). I recently got from Lima to LAX for $205 on American this way. - Source: Reddit / 5 months ago
Sure do it! It's called skipped lagging. https://skiplagged.com/. - Source: Reddit / 5 months ago
So nearly all search engines use ITA matrix, including Google flights. it's simply that different websites favor certain parameters. Google flights is fast, powerful, and remains very neutral and is a good place to start. Kiwi will include skiplagged destination and have tremendously long layovers to favor the lowest prices and is a bigger search than skiplagged.com. - Source: Reddit / 6 months ago
It is always a risk but it just depends on how much you are saving. I usually use PlanMoreTrips and SkipLagged to find the cheapest prices but I will usually only book via 3rd party IF the price is way cheaper than booking directly with airline. - Source: Reddit / 6 months ago
I’d start with either skiplagged.com or Planmoretrips.com. Google flights also good to get baseline or view cheap dates on calendar. - Source: Reddit / 6 months ago
Yes the site is called SkipLagged. It is still up and running. You can usually get cheaper prices on there but you can only do a carry-on bag when you do that. I typically use that site, FlightPenguin, or PlanMoreTrips and almost 99% of the time those 3 sites find me cheaper fares than Google Flights or Kayak. - Source: Reddit / 6 months ago
My 2 site that are my go to for finding cheap flights are PlanMoreTrips and SkipLagged. - Source: Reddit / 7 months ago
Yes, skiplagged (https://skiplagged.com/) they have this, to search anywhere, then you can sort by price... Carefule with the stops you want on a single trip, but you can filter that too. - Source: Reddit / 7 months ago
Skiplagged.com is your friend. You won't get search by cheapest, but you can search from any airport with a generic "ANY" code and it will give you the cheapest flights from the place you input to everywhere it can find. - Source: Reddit / 7 months ago
It's been around in the aviation industry for a while now. Sites like https://skiplagged.com/ have been showing for years how to book cheaper flights to a destination by booking longer flights to that destination (and just getting off where you want). Airlines hit back by invalidating people's return tickets. - Source: Reddit / 8 months ago
I’d try skiplagged they usually have the best deals. - Source: Reddit / 8 months ago
