  I have the same thing happen to me. I've only come up with a workaround. I resorted to adding all the shows I record to https://simkl.com and turning on notifications of new episodes by e-mail. Each morning I get an e-mail when a new episode is going to be on. I log into the Sling app to check the "Scheduled" recording section.
