You can't do that with the Windows version of Scrivener but once you compile/export an ePub from Scrivener, you can do the indentations and a myriad of other edits to the ePub file in Sigil. IMO using Sigil to tidy up is vital if you're creating ePubs with images, tables, bullets lists etc with Scrivener. - Source: Reddit / about 2 months ago
