  • Ultra Fast Full Stack Development (Mobile\Web, a guide, please critique)
Shuffle.Dev Sometimes you want to slap together a nice looking website quickly. That's what I really love about shuffle.dev, you can bring all your components together, export as react components and just copy and paste, and adjust the styles to the brand. And it uses tailwind. • Show HN: I built a website editor for TailwindCSS
Your landing page is ugly to be honest, half of links in the footer goes nowhere - this is unprofessional and lazy. There's no clickable demo, not even overview of components. Why do you lauch your product at current state? Why submit it to HN? There are plenty of other web builders based on Tailwind or Bootstrap, often they have free tiers, and you're charging 249$, for what? For 300$ you can get Tailwindui* from... - Source: Hacker News / about 1 year ago
  • Loginbait.com: My first and small side project.
Use some website builder or similar and don't waste time with coding a website. I used shuffle.dev for the landing page and 90% of the content & design I could use the editor on their website. The other 10% was customizing the HTL/CSS. So, at the end it was a nice experience and I will dig further into the NoCode world. I don't like to spend too much time with CSS and styling. • Looking to switch from Elementor pro. What do you guys recommend?
Tailwind components, or one-time payment with https://shuffle.dev, they are planning for WordPress plugin, not everyone in the WordPress community know about it. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Developers that created websites from scratch in the past and then tried Webflow, what was your experience?
Webflow has nice libraries of premade blocks/components. I'm talking about entire sections like navbar or hero, not small elements like buttons or inputs. If someone writes website e.g. In Tailwind, there are services like Shuffle.dev and TailwindUI where you can also copy premade blocks, but in my experience they often don't work as intended and require a lot of adjustments. • opinions on shuffle.dev
I know, that most the web devs like to do things from scratch but how do you look at template editors like shuffle.dev? Are there any good& cheap alternatives? Source: over 1 year ago
  • Is there a point in using Webflow if I know how to write a website from scratch in Gatsby/NextJS?
For few recent years I worked with React. Nowadays I would like to try a bit of freelancing, creating static websites for small business. I have already made few websites in NextJS/Tailwind/Sanity. There are services like Shuffle.dev or TailwindUI.com that allow to build a website from premade blocks and it works like charm. However, recently I've read a lot of positive opinions about Webflow and I'm... Source: over 1 year ago
  • Ask HN: Is there a simple web UI toolbox for back-end devs?
    - TailwindCSS standalone + a UI builder like https://shuffle.dev for the UI (huge bonus if your templating engine supports components). - Source: Hacker News / over 1 year ago
  • What are your "go-to" template for a small business website?
I had the idea to build my own little library of components and build myself a little web builder. This way, I could just pick the components that fit the business the best and create a good websites in minutes for my client. Basically, my own little "shuffle.dev". Source: over 1 year ago
  • Anyone here use Tailwind compilers?
Does anyone here use Tailwind for their Laravel projects? I'm doing the best I can and right now I'm just uploading the CSS files I get from shuffle.dev to the public folder - but I know there's also the option to put the stuff in the resources folder and then have it compiled. I'm using Laravel 9 and then I hear Vue and Vite and all this stuff and I get confused - not only that but I just got a Tailwind UI... Source: over 1 year ago

  • Starting to hate css. How can I build faster ?
Maybe try using a visual editor with code export? Check out shuffle.dev - you have a lot of premade components you just fill with content. You still need to modify it to your needs with CSS classes (Tailwind / Bootstrap) but it's less time consuming. Might work for you if you don't need to follow very specific design style. • Ask HN: What the fastest way to get UI built?
Have you tried tools like https://webflow.com/ and https://pinegrow.com/ Or ones like https://shuffle.dev/ Shuffle outputs proper tailwind code. I've used it a bit to get projects started. - Source: Hacker News / almost 2 years ago

  • You can create a great looking websites while sucking at design
As a primarily backend dev, one thing that has recently helped me with my design skills is to use page builders. I’ve found that they’ve gotten really good over the last few years and the code they generate is actually pretty solid. I’m the kind of person where I think I can tell what good design is, but I can’t actually design it from scratch myself. I recently bought a subscription to https://shuffle.dev/ which... - Source: Hacker News / almost 2 years ago

  • I want to create a single-page reservation website for a 2 bedroom cottage. Should I go with a dedicated "hotel website builder" such as Little Hotelier, or should WordPress work fine for this purpose?
Start with the simplest one, if you don’t have the time to update or maintain WordPress to avoid vulnerabilities, you might consider alternative builder like https://shuffle.dev with lots of design ready to use and the rest you can focus on the backend. Source: about 2 years ago
