Something like this might work: Sesame Smart Lock. - Source: Reddit / 12 months ago
There's Sesame which retrofits in many but not all existing locks. It works pretty well, about similar to August. I think August is more solid though since it screws into existing hardware. - Source: Reddit / over 1 year ago
I have the same problem, I can't replace any part of the lock because I live in an apartment and the deadbolt and handle are attached together. The only smart lock I know of that doesn't require any replacement is the Sesame Lock but I've seen mixed reviews and haven't taken the plunge yet myself. - Source: Reddit / almost 2 years ago

This one works for all locks: https://candyhouse.co/. - Source: Reddit / almost 2 years ago
I assume you mean the top lock. I have a similar setup as I am renting an apartment and could not take off the lock. I use Open Sesame and it works perfectly. I have multiple roommates and it works well. Only part that sucks if you want it to connect to the internet and not just Bluetooth you also need to buy the Wi-Fi adapter. I’m happy to wander more questions if needed. - Source: Reddit / almost 2 years ago
