No, no, I don't think it's similar to those add-ons. This is an app you install on your phone (https://seriesgui.de/) and that you can connect to trakt. It let's you know about new episodes of shows you add, gives you summaries, cast, etc. Also works for movies. - Source: Reddit / 4 months ago
