Hello! I'm aware that Tableau can capture email activity with EAC. However, I'm looking to add a report within a Salesforce Dashboard. I've attempted to create a report on email messages following the resource on Salesforce.com. But, the results were minimal (657 all-time emails? Since 2017.) For clarity, not for List Emails, just 1-1 sent through Salesforce. - Source: Reddit / 12 days ago
It is a fintech company so I do not expect them to, for example, profit much from selling clothes, or posters with my work on it. However, they are interested in the style of branding, illustration and general design of this website https://salesforce.com/ which uses a lot of colourful and playful imagery / illustrations. - Source: Reddit / 25 days ago
I would ask what compliance regulations specifically they need to adhere to and then look to salesforce.com for relevant docs per that spec to show Owner. If its HIPAA (healthcare) or another variation of industry, you probably have very specific rules that salesforce will have specific documentation to say if they do or don't have options for complying with that. Regulations may require 128 bit, or 256 bit etc. - Source: Reddit / about 1 month ago

As such, every single time I log into Salesforce I get a popup showing me "50 Reminders" which is a normal pop up window. In the site settings I have the site blocked (companyname.my.salesforce.com). Additionally I have salesforce.com blocked, my.salesforce.com, etc, and this matches the URL on the popup. - Source: Reddit / 4 months ago
It does have "salesforce.com" at the end, but I would think it would say something like Activision Support before the @ and not "car_email_service". - Source: Reddit / 4 months ago
Since Salesforce supports DKIM, verifying DKIM is properly set up is the first step. The next is checking whether DMARC is set to strict or relaxed. Then, it's possible you might want to update SPF but not guaranteed. SPF only affects the envelope FROM and not the Header From. If salesforce is already sending FROM their salesforce.com domain, changing your SPF won't affect your deliverability. (As the one... - Source: Reddit / 5 months ago

In a startup you might tune this gatekeeper to something more lazy faire -- but salesforce.com might care more about limiting security bugs than having new features released. - Source: Reddit / 7 months ago
Good article, wasn't expecting a link to salesforce.com... Are you Jonathan? Way to spread the good news and it's very helpful for newb's in my opinion. People seem to just need the littlest bit of encouragement to tap into some of the skills you mentioned and I think the article can help open that up for them a bit. - Source: Reddit / 8 months ago

I don't anticipate Benioff no longer providing services to gun manufacturers, distributors, and stores. He's beholden to stakeholders in the end. But if would be amazing if he banned them from the salesforce.com platform. - Source: Reddit / 10 months ago

I'm messing with OpenVPN cloud as my only requirement is that all users internet traffic runs locally, but anything to salesforce.com or other specified domains goes over the VPN. I was doing one of their quick start setup wizards but after entering salesforce.com it now is asking me where I'm going to deploy the connector. That seems overkill for what we need, so before I just do a VPN on Windows on Azure... - Source: Reddit / 11 months ago
