  • YSK: You should stop saving your resume as "resume.pdf"
Https://resume.io/ I got a template from this website and removed the photo. I am applying to anything that's doable with a computer, customer service and hotel business as I have experience in that. - Source: Reddit / over 1 year ago

I got this design originally from resume.io but I still feel as if it's lacking. Can anyone help me out and give me some pointers? - Source: Reddit / over 1 year ago
  • Shoutout to all the people grinding through job applications, studying for certs, interviews etc.
I'm in no position to give advice but I felt that having a good CV and people skills definitely helped me. I used resume.io for my CV and cover letter, and can definitely recommend it. I have previously worked as a manager in a different industry and used to receive 1-2 CV's a day, a good looking CV really stands out amongst the pile of terrible ones. Also, one half of the interview which landed me my job in IT... - Source: Reddit / over 1 year ago

  • FREE RESUME/CV TEMPLATE
I'm looking for this resume/CV template I found on resume.io. All the "free" resume template websites end up charging some sort of fee. Does anyone know how I can find/create this for my own use? The template is called "London" if that helps (probably not). Sorry for low quality image. - Source: Reddit / over 1 year ago

  • Last year graduates - Did you find a job ?
I know I live in Italy not in Switzerland for now but I will share my story so maybe it can help. Try resume.io and create an awesome resume. I have tried to apply for a job 2 months ago and I went to 6 7 companies(IT companies ) and 5 of them interviewed me and 3 of them wanted to proceed to the next step of selection but I turned them down since they wanted me to work full time and in presence, a thing that I... - Source: Reddit / over 1 year ago

  • Is my resume holding me back?
I'd definitely look for a service that helps with the design. Your resume looks .... Not so nice? Design-wise I mean. Since Frontend is very visual you'd want your frontend dev to at least have a bit more feeling for aesthetics. That would be important for my hiring process. You can download templates or use services like https://resume.io. - Source: Reddit / almost 2 years ago
