  This. I solo built out essentially what Spotify ended up doing (https://getradiant.app/ which has been around since 2020 for context) and I’m not charging. The compute time on the voice is the most expensive aspect of it but I’m using Google cloud and I can still manage the costs. It would likely pale in comparison to the royalties Spotify pay out.   Theres this app [Radiant](https://getradiant.app/ that connects to spotify, and acts as an "AI Dj" for you, playing songs you know, songs you dont but might like, and interspersing it with news, traffic reports etc. Without the ads and inane chatter of radio djs.
