I recently started a Qualaroo subscription for my company to help us build custom websites and applications for our clients. Qualaroo has been super-efficient when it comes to embedding it on websites and mobile applications to collect user experience feedback and highlighting the pain points. Using the feedback, we are able to accurately determine where the problems lie on our websites and mobile applications and fix them promptly.
🏁 Competitors: Typeform , Qualtrics👍 Pros: Extremely easy to embed surveys by just inputting the page link.|It offers tons of targeting and personalization options which helps us survey the right users.|The in-built sentiment analysis engine has been helpful in developing a roadmap for our future rollouts👎 Cons: It would be more helpful if there were more personalization options for targeting users|Integration with some of the design tools can be a little tricky but nothing that support staff can’t handle
