Awesome tool to collect focused feedback
We are using Qualaroo for quite some time to collect precise data from our customers to build A/B testing hypotheses. The survey feedback has helped us to identify issues with different website elements such as page format. We have greatly improved the landing pages’ performance and simplified the checkout process with successful testing. It has led to a significant decrease in cart abandonment and an increase in revenue.
🏁 Competitors: Hotjar👍 Pros: It provides advanced target options to uncover user preferences, exit intent, and user demographics with highly focused feedback from desired visitors. another great feature is the ai-based free-text sentiment analyzer. it automatically categorizes the responses into users’ sentiments to separate the positive responses from the negative ones. it saves both time and effort in extracting useful insights to make informed decisions.👎 Cons: None that i can think of
