I'm having a hard time finding enclosures for the Model A. Those on pine64.org seem to be out of stock every time I look. What is everyone else using? Source: 3 months ago
If all else fails, there are instructions on pine64.org to force booting from sd card. I've never had to do this, despite breaking the software on my PBP quite a few times. Source: 10 months ago
Raspberry Pi's OS support and updates are _miles_ ahead of any of the alternatives I've used. I have a pile of C.H.I.P boards from back when I needed a dozen for a project and getting that many RasPis was impossible. They still work, but only if I'm happy with the linux version they shipped with. I have a couple of Rock64s from pine64.org (and a laptop and a pine phone) and they're better then the CHIP with... The blog on http://pine64.org has lots of information about it. There are issues. Modem drops out sometimes, there aren't enough programs (not apps, these are full desktop Linux programs compiled for aarch64) that work... - Source: Hacker News / almost 2 years ago
I tried 1234 and 123456 and am not able to get in. PIN is only 3 characters so I can't search for it on the forums on pine64.org and I'm not finding it in any of the docs that shipped with the phone. Source: about 2 years ago
