The odd thing is that the 'Equipment Installment Plans & Leases' section on t-mobile.com still shows all 3 promos are active. Source: 7 months ago
But I learned a lot from the discussion with the live assistant in t-mobile.com. Source: 10 months ago
Just tried to log in to t-mobile.com and I only got the Google Authenticator and email a code option for 2FA. Source: about 1 year ago
My first clue was that my service went to complete shit, like the SIM got deprovisioned. 2nd clue was that when I went to log on to my account at Sprint.com through the desktop, I got hit with the message that I'm now part of Tmobile, and needed to set up a log in at t-mobile.com. I don't know if it's an error or they are updating the page, but trade-in offers don't appear on t-mobile.com or apple.com. Source: about 1 year ago
Sharing a dp. I am on Magenta Max with 2 paid lines and 3 free lines. Added a line with esim yesterday at t-mobile.com. (did not check with reps to inquire about my eligibility). Received a "Congrats, You will receive your promotional service discount..." text message from t-mobile a few minutes after checkout, even before I activated the esim on my phone. Also saw "2023 Line On Us p6" showing in my account and... Source: about 1 year ago

Haven't figured out how to post a pic here, but the screenshot shows a t-mobile.com URL (incomplete though). Source: about 1 year ago
The tech support person had me click the "My Account" and then "Login" button in the upper right of the t-mobile.com web site, but instead of logging in, he had me click the "sign up" link. Then had me enter the home internet phone number in that screen. The next screen prompts for a password (I used the same password I had been using to login when trying to login with my email address). Source: about 1 year ago
I haven't heard about Google doing either of those. The site I work on currently is .law and we have millions of URLs indexed and lots of traffic. And I used to work for t-mobile.com and they didn't have any issues either. Source: about 1 year ago
Why the vast difference between samsung.com preorder and t-mobile.com pre-order using the same account, line, device trade in, and options? Source: about 1 year ago
Without the activation page being enabled on t-mobile.com the only way I can think of doing that without a rep is having a 3rd eSIM iPhone device as a go between. Source: about 1 year ago
I'm on Magenta Max with 9+ lines and received my first bill after adding my 9th line. The bill shows all my service promotion lumped together. How do I know which 2 lines are linked together for the bogo promotion? Is there an account details page on t-mobile.com website where I can find what service promotions are linked to what line? With that in mind, you can rely on wi-fi temporarily to make a "call-over wi-fi" and speak to the parent company representative for assistance (T-Mobile https://t-mobile.com/ ; I tried loading the US Cellular page, but it's inactive...I would...probably move to a different carrier just in case). t-mobile.com has a hyphen and plenty of people type it in. They also type in many different variations to that as well but still plenty of volume there. Source: over 1 year ago
Hi! So, I'm from Portugal, I last visited the US in 2019, and I'm flying back there tomorrow for about a week. I have a T-Mobile SIM card I got back then with a prepaid data-only plan that has long since expired. I used it on a tablet back then, using the hotspot feature to get my other devices connected. However, my t-mobile.com account is still active, and I saw I can supposedly still reactivate the card. While... Source: over 1 year ago
Same here. Pixel 7 Pro on December update using the T-Mobile US APN (fast.t-mobile.com) and have absolutely no issues. Source: over 1 year ago
Every marketing email I've received from T-Mobile uses the t-mobile-email.com domain. While T-Mobile official/account related emails may come from the t-mobile.com domain, marketing emails may come from other domains. Source: over 1 year ago
We noticed going to sprint.com would direct us to t-mobile.com. We did google search and sprint.com was accessible again. Have you tried logging in to sprint.com through web browser? Source: over 1 year ago
I agree it's good to be educated but the Google preview of the URL is displayed as https://t-mobile.com which actually is the official URL. The problem is the link redirects you to a clone scam site. Source: over 1 year ago
