Essentially, Deeper Network's smart routing relies on being able to intercept the DNS queries to choose the right tunnel to use. For example, if you are in a country that does not allow Pandora.com (or Pandora is restricted by licensing), you would want to map "pandora.com" to route through a tunnel to a peer in a country that allows it. Just letting you know you're not alone. I listen on my PC, thru pandora.com, so it's affecting everyone, not just those who listen on mobile. I went to the pandora community, and there is a thread in there, with a bunch of people complaining about it. I logged out and back in, and that fixed it for a few hours, but then it started up again.
