  • [TOMT][Video Game] Touch/Tap Mania? Mobile game with royalty free music that you tapped circles to the rhythm of a song?
Osu? Has a mode called Osu!Mania. https://osu.ppy.sh/home. Source: 10 months ago
  • I charted the new English version of Idol, the Oshi no Ko OP, by Yoasobi! Praise miss genius idol unmatched 🥁
You can play on osu! (it's free and has a Taiko mode too) and get the sounds here: Idol (TV Size) and Idol English Ver.. Source: 11 months ago
  • I have a question regarding osu lazer
There are currently 2 different rank leaderboards: one for the stable client and one for the lazer client. The osu! Website shows rankings of the stable client while lazers ingame profile viewer shows the rank you achieved in the lazer client using the osu!lazer website. There are fewer people playing osu!lazer than the stable version which is why your rank is higher. Source: about 1 year ago
  • Rhythm games where the chart goes above and beyond?
(Also Elite Beat Agents/Osu! Tatake! Oendan! Are fuckin' great for any skill level, but if you don't feel like digging out your DS I'm just gonna shill the freeware clone osu! instead.). Source: about 1 year ago
  • Any reccomendations for rhythm games for a super low end pc?
IIRC OSU! Has remarkably low system requirements. Source: over 1 year ago
  • What games do you recommend
OH I forgot about Osu, check that out too. Good luck. Source: over 1 year ago
  • Was trying to install Osu on my new laptop. Any way to fix this?
Isn't it wrong website? Go to https://osu.ppy.sh/home. Source: over 1 year ago
  • What are some ways I can improve my micro outside of solo queue?
This subreddit also recommends Osu for generic mouse accuracy and speedwork. Source: over 1 year ago
  • dance dance revolution
Those I have far less experience with, but there are a number of games that use regular midi controllers as inputs, and in particular open-source games that feature community support for custom music, like https://bemuse.ninja/project/ or https://clonehero.net/ . There has never been a better time to play rhythm games, either in terms of cost, variety, or availability. If nothing else, check out... Source: over 1 year ago
  • Getting Started With osu! (Standard)
While you technically don't need an account to play the game, downloading the game and making an account is highly recommended. Some of the content in this post assumes you have an account, so please make one if you don't have one! Source: over 1 year ago
  • Quicktime events, are they any good?
Bottom line is, QTEs were successfully implemented in many games, things like Osu! , while not for everyone, definitely has a dedicated audience on par with ShmUps, I would say. Source: over 1 year ago
  • How to improve hero mechanics/micro?
Okay, for mechanics, first things first, warm up every day for 5-15 minutes using a program like Oshu https://osu.ppy.sh/home (there are others like it out there; if you don't like that one, google another). Being able to click on what you want and not what you don't is the foundation of all mechanics. Source: over 1 year ago
  • VMWare starts lagging while using OBS to record
The game isn't anything crazy. It's osu: https://osu.ppy.sh/home. Source: over 1 year ago
  • I'm kinda scared to start playing tarkov I'm an above average controller player and just got a gaming laptop and I love how tarkov looks and gameplay looks cool and I like the style the issue is I'm new to mouse and keyboard it looks like I have a physically handicap when I play on it any tips?
Maybe try other games to learn your aim/crosshair positioning better? Even something like Osu can help train you to be more precise with your shots. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • I've been told I have "weird tastes" when it comes to games, and I would really appreciate any suggestions. (PC)
Osu! Free to play Elite Beat Agents clone. It is HARD. I have thousands of hours in this game and I'm not even great at it, just good. *Scanner Sombre. This was a great experience. You can rush it and beat it in a couple hours, or really take your time and uncover everything possible in 10-11 hours. It was really unlike anything I've ever played. Source: almost 2 years ago
  • iwtl : How can someone train their brain to have quicker reaction speeds, better memories etc?
Quicker reaction speeds- Use some sort of athlete training using balls and stuff, Lazy like me, play osu(https://osu.ppy.sh/home) on you pc with mouse. Source: almost 2 years ago
