I have been using OnePageCRM for almost 4 years now, and I can never understand why it doesn't come up in the top 10 lists on Google. It deserves to be at the top!! I cannot recommend OnePageCRM enough. I have implemented it across two businesses now simply because of how simple and action oriented it is designed to be. Both businesses are in the consulting space, and the Action Stream just leaves it to the system to prompt us when to follow up with our clients and stay in touch - especially with so much other stuff in our heads! OnePageCRM is super user friendly, integrating with all the main apps we use, and really easy to share activities across a contact from within our team. At this price point as well, its a no-brainer. Oh, and the customer support is extremely responsive.
I switched from SalesForce to OnePageCRM about 10 years ago and I have never looked back. It is so easy to use and a great tool for a sales focused organisation with a clear "to do" list every day to move deals along. One of the key things that has kept me with them though is their customer support - they are always so quick to respond to any queries and taken on board feature requests and suggestions which then go into their development roadmap. I am always happy to recommended OnePageCRM to other sales focused SMEs.
We are a small business that wanted a CRM that focused on lead management. We tested 10 different CRM's, and when we found OnePage we stopped searching! We love it. It has made our salespeople SO much more efficient! And then there is the price! WOW! Reports, call to actions, reminders, all kinds of integration, etc etc.
Really the only complaint is we need an option to have a tad more cloud storage, and to have more contacts. We haven't run out yet, but will have to cover that bridge at some point.
Back in 2014 we needed a new CRM solution so researched what was available on the market. OnePageCRM ticked all the boxes at the time and continues to meet our changing needs. Over the years I have found the team in OnePage to be tech-savy and responsive. The interface is simple to use for our sales team but is backed up with a suite of powerful reports that allow us to inspect and analyse the data. Their great support team and constantly improving product means we continue to use OnePageCRM.
OnePageCRM is a fantastic light-touch CRM tool, with a real focus on action. Every day, it gives each person on my sales team a list of people to contact and the specific action needed to move a sale forward. All the relevant info is on a single screen, and we get a great sense of achievement as I complete actions, one by one. It doesn't have all the bells and whistles of a Salesforce, but it is really easy to set up and use and is huge value for money. It's like oxygen for my sales team – we breathe it every day!
OnePage CRM has been a really great tool for our team. It keeps us focused on our next tasks, we can track activities and deals, and it is really straightforward to pull out key data when you need to. The support team are always really responsive and helpful when you need them.
Easy to use, inexpensive compared with others, best for small companies.
