A buddy I co-op with wanted something realistic, so I found a panoramic image and spent 2 hours photoshopping it into the skybox cube map. The starfield is the closest I could make similar to what we see in low to no-light pollution IRL. I used an image from some UK site to try to imitate the colors of night and stars. This process uses BNKUtils (Referred to as BNKU), Fable3_Tex_Converter (Referred to as F3T), and Nvidia Texture Tools Exporter (Referred to as NTTE). BNKUtils for extracting the .tex files from the game's .bnk files and repacking everything, Fable3_Tex_Converter for converting the .tex files to .dds, and Nvidia Texture Tools Exporter for converting the .dds files to .png for easier changes.
