I'm also using 7.1.3 on a Mac and NordLynx is there along with IKEv2 and OpenVPN. Did you download it from nordvpn.com or from the App Store? If it was from Nord then try downloading it again from the App Store. I don't know about version 7 and the recent changes, but in the past only the App Store version had the Lynx option.
