  Thanks for the advice on DNS - that was the issue. I was using cloudflare DNS, issue was inconsistent but some netflix.com servers were sporadically timing out when watching the browser traffic. • LPT: Change your Netflix audio settings from "English [Original] (5.1)" to "English [Original]" if you don't actually have a 6 speaker surround sound setup. That's why the dialogue is so hard to hear and you keep having to use captions. Also, you have to do this every time because the default is 5.1

So your request to connect to netflix.com for example will then be directed through the tunnel from B to A.
