So everything I see takes me to moddb.com but I see another one https://anomalymod.com/ as well I was wondering if the second one was a real and safe one to download from because moddb isn't working for me for some reason. - Source: Reddit / 4 days ago
I played SoC (and CS) with Complete, and it was fine, good amount of difficulty when played at master. However, it's important to add the weapons addon for Complete, which makes combat deadlier and less spongy though. It's a separate addon for Complete, but it's still on moddb.com afaik. - Source: Reddit / 8 days ago
I looked at the comment section of the Shader based scopes addon at moddb.com, at they should be compatible with each other - according to the author of the mod. :). - Source: Reddit / 18 days ago
Also, I highly recommend playing Call of Pripyat again, using the AI Mod Merge 2015 and Absolute Nature 4.04 from moddb.com (using the allspawn file from AN4 to avoid lots of random anomalies). Also looks really good. - Source: Reddit / 23 days ago
I consider myself a lazy old-school VR gamer: I like re-experiencing old games in VR, seated and with a controller. My favorite games in VR are all VR mods or VR ports of games: all Doom engine games and whatever crazy wads I can find on moddb.com (check out the Jazz Jackrabbit wad and the Zombies Ate My Neighbors wad!), Quake, Gamecube/Wii games, and Yooka Laylee using the Vooka Raylee mod, Myst VR, The Talos... - Source: Reddit / about 1 month ago
First, use a browser of your choice. And then go to moddb.com, find those mods and download them. - Source: Reddit / about 2 months ago
There is an English version available of the 1st Act on moddb.com (warning, it might delete your earlier progress if installed in same place as original KS). - Source: Reddit / 3 months ago
But this game is better than anything on the market and is on moddb.com as a free game? People must be really stupid these days OR they simply are not, just have no idea about its existence. - Source: Reddit / 5 months ago
You can also dig through sites like Nexusmods.com and moddb.com for tools and tutorials. - Source: Reddit / 6 months ago
Base game AI has been and always will be, ass. Some races don't do anything, others do not tech but spam, some tech but barely attack. I recommend some type of mod that incorporates AI mods. Some larger mods, like DoWPro and the like, include this and usually state so. You can find various AI mods, even from back in the day that are excellent and editable by the end user, on mod database (moddb.com) for DC and SS... - Source: Reddit / 6 months ago

I found 2 mods that were highly rated on moddb.com, Stalker Lost Alpha and Stalker Complete 2009 (2012). - Source: Reddit / 7 months ago
And do yourself a favor, trust me! Go to moddb.com and get Quake "Epsilon" Build. Amazing maps compiled together for you to enjoy. - Source: Reddit / 9 months ago

First, couple things about mods. Each game has its own separate page on moddb.com , the best place for STALKER mods currently (in English anyways). There are waaaaaay too many to list here: STALKER is one of the most modded games in existence, certainly up there with Bethesda Game Studios games. For your first playthroughs I'd suggest keeping it as close to vanilla gameplay as possible and just add some visual and... - Source: Reddit / 10 months ago
This is an awfully specific longshot of a question, but I wanted to ask: has anyone tried installing mods from moddb.com for Battlefront 2 from 2005? Also, being fairly green when it comes to non-Workshop mods, does anyone know how I would go about getting them to work properly? - Source: Reddit / 11 months ago
Moddb.com has some mods tat nexus don't have for Skyrim, such as Return to Helgen (I haven not played it yet, but it seems interesting*). - Source: Reddit / 11 months ago
G.A.M.M.A. Stands for Grok's Automated Modular Modpack for Anomaly. It downloads and installs straight from moddb.com to a Mod Organizer 2 instance over 200 add-ons, over which it adds 60 exclusive add-ons. It focuses mainly at streamlining the gameflow, improving the survival aspect of Anomaly by making it more useful and much less convoluted, and balancing the entire progression along a South to North gradient... - Source: Reddit / 12 months ago
I had recently been replaying through the Portal and just had the idea to look online for some fan-made mods. One of the first results that popped up was a mod for the first Portal game called Portal Prelude, a story mod that took place before the activating of Glados. I remember watching a playthrough of it years ago and thought I'd try it out myself. After I downloaded the mod installer off the website hosting... - Source: Reddit / about 1 year ago
Yeah, that would be pretty cool to make a mod on moddb.com that allows us all to play cod1 with cut content in it. I don't know I never saw a cod with cut content brang back tbh. - Source: Reddit / about 1 year ago
Anybody have any suggestions on how to fix these issues to complete installation? I double checked the "Skyrim_Realistic_Overhaul_Part_1.7z" along with Part 2 and 3, and all 3 files were actually successfully downloaded from moddb.com website... Even though wabbajack gave the error message. At least all 3 files are in the downloads folder of wabbajack. - Source: Reddit / about 1 year ago
