There are a few other things that will make whoever's job it is to clean this up easy. The source list of names, addresses should be generated from an online source (https://mockaroo.com/ is a good one) per install. By including the list in the sourcecode it gives them something to work with. Same for phone numbers. The fake ones are probably already rejected by the software automatically.
