If you just need to get by until you might consider a cloud hosted virtual desktop. Two that might work are Microsoft Azure Virtual Desktop and Shells. I have not tried either but you should be able to login to a full desktop environment using your phone. I have done a similar thing to login to my own personal desktop computer before. If I were you, I would try to find a secure system (boot into your system using a liveusb linux like this or use a microsoft provided virtual machine like this and login + change your logins through that. But first log out of everything everywhere (phone, tablet, etc), then get into a secure system, change all the logins, and then don't log in anywhere else for a few days.
