    The software has been a fantastic asset to me in my role as a Recruiter. As a result of using it, our team's output has improved and we're better able to fulfill the needs of our clients.

    👍 Pros:    This software has been a game-changer for our recruitment process - it has streamlined operations and made them more efficient. the ability to easily access and update candidate information has been a major plus, and the simplicity of the process is a real plus. this has been particularly helpful during these challenging times, as we've had to make adjustments due to the pandemic and other unforeseen events.
    👎 Cons:    I can't think of anything significant to complain about. the primary advantage is that it has decreased the amount of manual work, giving us more time for other projects. one thing that would be helpful is the addition of features for more in-depth candidate assessments, like skills tests or video interviews.

    Altogether, my experiences with Manatal's product and staff have been excellent. Incredible people who care about the success of my company as much as their own career growth. The product is top-notch and easy to use. The availability of robust features helped us boost our productivity and efficiency.

    👍 Pros:    It is amazing to have the opportunity to construct a pipeline that is tailored to a particular job. we have the ability to set up an infinite number of pipelines and recruitment phases with just a few clicks of the mouse. we are able to customize our hiring processes to meet the requirements of each individual position since the entry-level, intermediate, and senior positions that we are looking to fill differ so greatly from industry to industry. being able to make changes as needed is, therefore, a huge benefit to us.
    👎 Cons:    I'd like the search bar to apply for candidates who have been removed from the current pool of candidates but are still in the system for some reason. i'm not able to do that right now because i need to unarchive the candidates first before it can work.

    Overall, it was nice and easy to use

    It's straightforward to understand and use, and the system's design makes it simple to test out the many capabilities. Excellent customer service and extensive, well-explained documentation highlight this product.

    👍 Pros:    Both the candidate profiles and the job pipeline have a minimalistic and clean design. i can quickly check how many potential candidates i have for each opening, and then rearrange their order using simple drag-and-drop actions. overall, it works great for standardizing the recruitment process, which is what i wanted it for.
    👎 Cons:    My first concern was that, like with previous solutions, only one scorecard per candidate would be allowed. however, it appears that this is not the case with manatal, since several scorecards can be created for each position.

    Very easy to use and has good functionality as a whole. We can change it to fit our needs. Everyone on staff was very helpful. They are friendly and ready to help in any situation.

    👍 Pros:    We used to spend hours at the end of every month trying to figure out things like the optimum time to hire or how well each channel performed. now, those reports can be generated with a couple of clicks.|The platform is generally simple to use, and the team picked it up quickly.|Another benefit is that clients can view candidates, take notes, and complete scorecards using manatal for free. this made it so we didn't have to send as many emails.
    👎 Cons:    Although every program has its quirks and it can be tricky to get exactly what you need, but this one is specifically adaptable, so we were able to easily customize it to meet our needs by, for example, making it possible to customize application forms, automate resume branding, and set up distinctive recruitment funnels that can be used for any new role.|Not to be overlooked, the customer service is appreciated.

    Cost-effective recruiting software. It's an ATS and CRM. Customer service has always been responsive and provided free trainings when needed. One of the top recruiting tools.

    👍 Pros:    We were able to accomplish more in less time. improve our collaborative workflows significantly in comparison to our old system, and provides a crm so that we can now store all client and candidate information on a single platform.|It has a superb user interface, which says a lot considering my lack of technical expertise.
    👎 Cons:    There should be scorecards in manatal. we and our clients will benefit from a more collaborative candidate evaluation process and coordinated feedback.

    👍 Pros:    It's brilliant that you can call and talk to a real person if you need support. video guides that explain each new feature and are updated frequently are also a nice touch. the user interface is polished and clear. we advertised our openings on several job boards and received plenty of applications.
    👎 Cons:    A scorecard feature in manatal would be fantastic, in our opinion.

    👍 Pros:    Although the prices are lower than those of other options, both the software and the customer service are of superior quality. easily the most popular feature is the ability to post a job to numerous job boards in any country. it's interesting to think about all the possibilities this ats opens up. additionally, with the assistance of modern search tools and ai, it is simple to identify past candidates.
    👎 Cons:    Because we have such a sizable candidate pool to work with, i really wish that they provided more than one thousand free monthly credits for use in mass marketing campaigns.

    Excellent response time, competitive pricing, a pleasant interface, and helpful staff.

    Very clear and comprehensive plan, with affordable rates and no hidden fees. In contrast, with some alternative ATSs, hidden resume parsing costs kick in once a certain number of resumes have been sent. The time saved on mundane tasks like copying and pasting, database management, etc. has allowed us to recruit more staff. We're quite pleased with the product.

    👍 Pros:    The training and onboarding provided by the support staff are top-notch. it takes little time to prepare and relocate a candidate database. superb user experience and a range of useful features for managing all aspects of the recruitment process.
    👎 Cons:    During the trial, you won't be able to use the feature that allows you to publish jobs on online job boards. we ventured and committed, having faith in the reliability of the service. it's working as advertised, and applications from linkedin and other sources are pouring in.

    After having used this product for a couple of months, I can tell without a doubt that it has made the process of recruiting a great deal more structured and effective. This is simple and straightforward for us.     For both advertising job positions and constantly sourcing candidates on LinkedIn. The platform is used in both our internal and external recruitment processes, and it performs well in both roles. As a whole, it's a great solution for most companies.

    👍 Pros:    Connecting gmail and google calendar is a simple process. because the learning curve was so smooth, we were able to get the hang of the system on our own. everything in the system is well-documented via video. but we did sign up for a free training to ask specific questions and learn about any best practices we weren't aware of yet. excellent customer service that responds quickly and thoroughly.
    👎 Cons:    A text messaging app integration is something we'd want to see implemented in the near future. we've been told that this is only available via their api, which is a challenge for us because our team currently lacks any technical people.

    This software's useful features and user-friendliness have made it an indispensable tool for me. One of the most effective tools that Manatal makes available to its customers is one that can automatically retrieve resumes from a variety of job boards and save them in our database.

    👍 Pros:    It is easy on the eyes, everything is clear, and we know precisely where to click, which makes it very user-friendly. it is helpful to have templates that may be customized for the various types of communications that are typically sent.
    👎 Cons:    The only feature that they offer that could use some work is the filtering function. i would love to be able to save and share filters so that i don't have to keep entering the same information over and over again.

    👍 Pros:    A few of manatal's selling points were a mass emailing tool as well as the capacity to develop a candidate database that is both secure and functional. these features were among the primary motivating factors that lead our agency to make the switch to manatal. there is a slight learning curve, but the program is highly user-friendly and the support has been fantastic in helping us train the team. although price wasn't our primary concern, we were pleasantly surprised to find that, of the four atss we tested, manatal was the clear winner in both categories.
    👎 Cons:    We had some difficulty migrating our previous database on our own, but the support team made it easy for us to get up and running again. excellent responsiveness and assistance. when purchasing something, it's not just about the product itself but also about the service you receive afterward.

    👍 Pros:    I like that i can readily store and access candidate, client, and job information. this has simplified my job as a recruiter and improved teamwork. instead of starting each job with a new search, we can now easily filter our candidate pool. the system's ease of use is another plus.
    👎 Cons:    Sometimes small fonts require me to zoom my browser. some individuals would appreciate a general font-size setting.

    👎 Cons:    Some parts of the mobile ui are definitely desktop legacy, making it challenging for larger fingers like mine to hit the small buttons.

    👍 Pros:    Simply put, it's quite easy to use. lots of room for customization in terms of adding fields to candidate profiles, changing crm workflows and/or recruitment phases, and establishing brand-new application forms for our company's career page. everything you need is available at manatal. for advanced analytics, i can download the data and play around with it in excel, and the reporting side of the platform is comprehensive enough that i can spot opportunities and bottlenecks directly from the dashboard.
    👎 Cons:    So far, the only thing i've said is that the career page should be available in more than one language. at the moment, it is only available in english, which is fine for most candidates but can present challenges for others.

    👍 Pros:    The number of applications we get has gone up a lot since we can post to 15 different job boards in just one minute. when it comes to headhunting on linkedin, the chrome extension works brilliantly. the ai actually works when it comes to scoring candidates for a certain role. this cuts down on the amount of time we have to spend on screening when we have a lot of profiles to go through. one of the reasons we chose manatal was because we could invite our clients to work with us on it at no extra cost. it lets us keep all of our communications with clients in the platform, which has helped us respond faster to candidate feedback and other things.
    👎 Cons:    More options for customizing the portal our clients utilize. the portal does its job, but we want to give it a look and feel that matches our brand.

    👍 Pros:    Because of its user-friendliness, the software is highly accessible. easy and effective job ad publishing across numerous platforms has greatly increased our pool of qualified candidates. the software's collaborative features are fantastic, allowing us to invite our clients and retain all of our communications with them within the app.
    👎 Cons:    The ability to send out mass emails at once was a feature that was initially unavailable but was added not long ago. although i find the program to be comprehensive, i would like to see additional possibilities for customizing the career page.

    👎 Cons:    My level of dissatisfaction is at an all-time low. another way of putting it is that i am a satisfied client. there are several features that we don't use at our company but that other companies or groups could find useful. manatal's administrative menu allows us to selectively activate and deactivate features, so we can set up the system to best suit our needs.

    During our research into several ATS solutions, we became aware of Manatal. Overall, we decided to go with Manatal as our platform of choice since it is speedy, contains all the functionality we require, is priced competitively, and offers 24/7 support.

    No one used our previous ATS. The UI was terrible, and setting up the "career site" needed technical know-how, so we never used it. After migrating to Manatal, our recruiters' motivation to use an ATS (which was nonexistent with the previous platform) increased, and our hiring process became more efficient.

    👍 Pros:    Working with manatal has been a great experience for our team. it looks good and is easy to use. we have reporting tools that we can find bottlenecks, figure out which channels work best, keep track of how well recruiters are doing, etc. it only takes five minutes to launch our career page.
    👎 Cons:    I'd love to see a way to contact candidates through whatsapp while keeping everything in the application.

    It helps me save a lot of time because it keeps track of everything, from candidates to clients. Our team is satisfied with the product overall due to how simple it is to use.     👎 Cons:    In general, the ai recommendation function works very well english resumes. it could be better for resumes in other languages than english, though. nevertheless, the boolean search works effectively and still enables us to swiftly recognize potential candidates.

    👍 Pros:    I used to spend a quarter of my time copying and pasting data from one program to another, but now i don't have to. now i can easily recruit on linkedin.|The ui is fast and simple to use.|I enjoy being able to share candidates with clients in manatal directly. when we first heard about it, we were a little skeptical. but after we tried it out, it just makes it so much easier for us to work together with them because there is no longer any need to send them candidates, notes, feedback, and so on via email.
    👎 Cons:    Things like the possibility to move our company's logo to a different spot on the career page would be beneficial.

    Great for our recruitment process

    When it comes to an HR software that's easy to use, Manatal has been our go-to for the past 2.5 years. It helps me keep track of all the things I need to do. Managing and recruiting for my clients has become a lot easier thanks to them.

    👍 Pros:    Makes creating and distributing job listings faster and easier for me. on top of that convenience, you can collaborate with other recruiters or clients during the hiring process. we can use it to keep track of all the many projects we're working on while we look for the best people.
    👎 Cons:    I'm happy with the platform, and we just got the cherry on top. a new linkedin integration has just been released, allowing us to post job openings and receive applications in a couple of seconds.

    👍 Pros:    The process of posting a job opportunity to job boards directly from manatal is quite straightforward. managing job postings have become more informative as a result of their software, which gives us reports on how our jobs are performing as well as information on where applicants have applied for the job.
    👎 Cons:    A recommendation rather than a criticism. for each candidate, we should be able to produce more than five custom resumes.

    A great tool for our agency

    Manatal is an incredible tool for me as a Recruitment Consultant. Easy to use and with a nice design, it's an excellent choice for any recruitment agency.

    👍 Pros:    It's simple to use and reliable. very useful search functions to locate the most qualified candidate for the position. job board integrations.
    👎 Cons:    So far so good, being able to have multiple languages on our career page would be really beneficial to us.

    A must-have for any growing business. If you work in HR, this will relieve you of a lot of extra labor. Everything is simple to use and understand. They got a 14-day free trial that is good to try if you are testing the waters for an ATS.

    👍 Pros:    The user interface, features, and customer service are great. it has all of the professional tools you'll need to source, track, and organize candidates and collaborate with the team.
    👎 Cons:    I didn't come across anything significant to report. no problem so far after 6 months.

    Manatal provides us with a lot of value for a low price. Apart from the price, we chose Manatal since it appeared to be a simple and easy-to-use platform. While competing platforms offered comparable capability, Manatal's emphasis on design and usability, in our opinion, set it apart.

    👍 Pros:    When the price is weighed against the features, the feature set is quite impressive. customizability and control of the pipeline are beneficial. for our recruitment process, we required an ats that enabled us to simply access, search for, and contact candidates. manatal fits all of these criteria, in addition to a few more. when i had a question, their online chat support was rather responsive. additionally, we are able to integrate our job postings seamlessly across a range of free and paid job boards.
    👎 Cons:    I wish i could change the ui menu to our company's color.

    👍 Pros:    All the crm and ats needed for an agency to run for a price that is one of the cheapest in the market. even though it's super affordable, manatal includes lots of cool features like social media enrichment or ai candidate scoring which help a lot our sourcing and screening.
    👎 Cons:    The ai recommendation of candidates doesn't perform great when using job descriptions in thai language.

    Great recruitment software

    Since the free trial began, I've had a fantastic experience. We are now 6 months in! It was a winner all around because it was jam-packed with features, brilliant performance, and have a fair price point that is great value for money.

    👍 Pros:    It's a pretty simple ats to learn and install. they provide outstanding written and video documentation. my favorite feature is the ai recommendation and automatic extraction of candidate social media and resume parsing because it reduces the time spent finding and screening candidates significantly.
    👎 Cons:    The email inbox feature on manatal is not available during the 14-day free trial.

    We have been using the software for our agency and it's really been a breeze even though I am not very tech savvy. If you are looking for a user friendly and affordable recruitment software then I would recommend Manatal without question.

    👍 Pros:    - you can connect your gmail to easily interact with candidates and other contacts in the platform. - live chat in which you usually get a response within minutes. - the app is handy when on the move to review new applicants for example.
    👎 Cons:    A setting to adjust font size on the mobile app would be very useful since the icons can be a bit small.

    A user-friendly solution even for total beginners

    It happened that I had to build a new team a while back and got to actively recruit alongside our HR Manager. I was lucky enough to start right after our HR Manager began her subscription to the platform (she did so because handling every candidate and opening on Excel sheets started to become tedious and very unefficient). Overall the software really helped us get organized at every step of the process starting from importing our large candidate pool which was split between individual resume and csv files. From there we built a career page, shared all the openings on career boards and began receiving candidates. Without the software no doubt we would ahve been overwhelmed!

    Tested the 14 days trial

    The goal was to give the software a test to see if it could help us in anyway improve our processes. I found it very easy to use and has all the features we need like career page builder and automated job sharing to job boards. On top of that it's very affordable and support was very good even though we are a small company. It will be my tool of choice once business starts to kick-off again.

    The all-in-one ATS and CRM for recruitment!

    Very positive. It's the ideal solution for an agency our size both in terms of features and cost. I can both manage/collaborate with my clients and recruiters easily. All the information regarding past jobs and candidates is easily accessible. My recruiters also use a lot both the social media feature to get to know candidates easier and the AI candidate scoring to find the best candidates faster in our large candidate database. These two tools help greatly in terms of speed and getting to know candidates better.

    Go for Manatal!

    We have used the software for over 6 months now and it really had a positive and noticable impact on our KPIs. We have more structured processes, a well organized and easily searchable database, collaboration with hiring managers inside the platform makes it so that we don't lose any emails or waste time, we also have a new career page to showcase our openings. Overall it has made our life easier but removing some of the most tedious elements of recruitment.

    Great Software

    Millions times better than Excel

    My company decided it was time to give up our old ways, using Excel for pretty much anything from tracking candidates to managing our candidate pool. Nobody regrets the change. The transition was very smooth and we are now so much more effective and organized.

    Tried the free trial then subscribed after a few days

    Great experience with this software. It’s very easy to use for one, but also the support team was super helpful all along the free trial, with any questions we had even though we are a small company.     The best and the cheapest ATS

    I have been using Manatal around 1 year. I believe it is the best ATS currently in the market and the cheapest as well. I had used different types of ATS and Manatal was on the top. I would give it from my side 10/10 in terms of demo presentation, customer service, easy usage & they are always updating new features all the time. I am very satisfied and will continue using it for all our hiring needs.
