  I'm running a reading group program with almost 100 participants, and I need to split them into groups of 5-6.   I'm looking to schedule a recording session with 4 other musicians. I tend to use lettucemeet.com to find where availabilities line up and book that, but my instructor told me the best way is to just pick a time without consulting, and let them make room for it in their schedules.
